Produsentens beskrivelse: Frøya salmon is farmed in the oceans surrounding the island of Frøya on the extreme west coast of Mid-Norway. Here, the marine environment forms the basis for our unique Frøya quality. The Gulfstream creates strong tidal currents securing the supply of clean and nutritious seawater twice a day all year round. For generations, this natural phenomenon has created ideal conditions for salmon. After quality grading only the best parts of the best salmon are packed as Frøya© Salmon. Frøya salmon is harvested, filleted, and placed in sealed packaging under strict hygiene conditions at our processing facility in Norway. Frøya salmon can be enjoyed straight from the pack without prior freezing. Every batch is listeria tested and we have zero listeria tolerance.
